About the AODA

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requires that Ontario businesses make their services accessible to people with disabilities. Learning about the AODA is the first step to promoting inclusive, and barrier free environments for your customers and staff.

Your business and accessibility

Accessibility is not just the law, it’s good for business. With almost 30% of Canadians living with disabilities, this group and their networks represent a major market for your business. Companies leading in disability inclusion have shown up to 200% higher net income and 28% more revenue.

Serving your customers
